Science and Empathy in Atopic Dermatitis

11-13 September 2026, Beijing International Hotel, Beijing, China

+ 10 September 2026: All you need to know about AD

Dear ISADERs

Long time no see! I am proud and excited to welcome our guests to the 2026 16th Georg Rajka Symposium on Atopic Dermatitis in Beijing, China.

The 16th symposium embraces the motto “Science and Empathy in Atopic Dermatitis”, reflecting our dual commitment to advancing rigorous science and honoring the experience of those living with AD.

The symposium willfoster dialogue between Eastern and Western medical paradigms, and showcase the latest evidence on TCM’s role in AD management. We will be proud to make Beijing not only the host city of ISAD, but also a global stage for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

NEW IN 2026:

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT AD!

We aim to create a balanced agenda for basic scientists, clinicians, residents, students, and industry partners. we will highlight a student session – “all you need to know about AD”.

So residents and students: prepare to be challenged! (and rewarded)

Keynote lectures will address bench and bedside innovations that matter – the pathophysiology of pruritus and immune mechanisms, pediatric and adolescent atopic dermatitis, and therapeutic development.

Beijing is a city where ancient scholarship meets cutting-edge innovation. Within minutes of the conference venue, you will find world-class museums and historic landmarks – alongside vibrant neighborhoods, art districts, and an international melting pot of cuisines. It is a city that rewards curiosity: thoughtful conversations at the meeting by day, and fine dining with immersive cultural experiences by night.

We warmly invite you to bring your questions, your data, and your ideas—and to discover Beijing’s hospitality with the ISAD family. Together we will advance science, elevate empathy, and build collaborations that last well beyond.
