Registrations are individual: should you wish to register more than one person, you must create a new account using different email addresses for each attendee (otherwise check the Group Registration). |

Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Important Notice Regarding Global Registration & Sourcing: Please be advised that this registration portal and its payment gateway (processed securely via Stripe) are operated by the International Society of Atopic Dermatitis (ISAD) for international, non-domestic participants. To facilitate global access, international accounting, and cross-border administrative compliance, ISAD acts strictly as an independent third-party distributor and reseller of registration ticket allocations officially sourced from CARM, the primary local organizer and host entity in Beijing.
Limitation of Liability & Separation from Local Operations: CARM retains sole, absolute operational control, ownership, and decision-making authority over the physical execution, scheduling, venue selection, local safety protocols, and management of the symposium in Beijing. Because ISAD has no operational oversight or control over CARM’s execution of the event, ISAD’s financial and legal liability as a reseller is strictly limited.
Consequently:
- Dependency on Local Execution: ISAD cannot be held legally or financially liable for any organizational failures, program cancellations, venue changes, date shifts, or entry restrictions decided or caused by CARM.
- Operational Force Majeure & Local Disruptions: If the symposium is canceled, postponed, or altered by CARM due to local regulations, venue issues, or unilateral decisions, ISAD is under no obligation to issue immediate or out-of-pocket refunds. Any global refunds in such scenarios will be strictly contingent upon, and limited to, the funds successfully recovered by ISAD from CARM.
- Mandatory Administrative Fee: In alignment with our global terms, any approved participant-initiated cancellation requested on or before October 1st, 2026, will be issued minus a mandatory, non-refundable 50€ administrative processing fee per ticket. This fee applies in all cases to cover transactional overhead.
- Strict October 1st Cutoff: No participant-initiated refunds or cancellations can be granted for any reason (including travel, visa, or health disruptions) for requests made after October 1st, 2026. After this date, all global registration fees are entirely non-refundable.
- Resolution of Disputes: Any payment discrepancies or billing queries regarding international cards or Stripe transactions must be handled directly between the participant and the ISAD secretariat at registration@isad.org.
By proceeding with your registration through this global portal, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that ISAD is acting solely as a ticket reseller, has no control over the local organization by CARM, and is entirely released from any liability, claims, or financial losses arising from operational disruptions or decisions made by the primary host.
