General Information

We’re excited to offer:

IN-PERSON participation for both local and foreign attendees:
We highly recommend in-person attendance! This option is available only until September 30th, 2026. On-site registration in Beijing will be extremely limited.
- admission to all scientific sessions (plenary and break)

  The President’s dinner is optional, on registration, and costs 60 € per participant, on top of the registration fee.
ONLINE BROADCASTING of the plenary sessions is only available in Mainland China
VIRTUAL PLATFORM is accessible to all attendees to:
- download all presentations (PDF),
- watch all recordings of the plenary sessions.
- download the Certificate of participation, delivered after the end of the Symposium

How to register?

Online: The registration systems are not opened yet.

Step	Process
1	Select your type of attendance: ➜ in-person vs online, and status ; ➜ register to proposed workshops too (free, on site only). To be eligible for special rates, one must submit a document of proof of status (student ID, letter of proof, etc.) by e-mail to the Global Office (registration@isad.org).
2	Select your options After selecting your options, fill the form with your personal data and choices. All attendees are required to create an account to register with the shop system. Registrations are individual: should you wish to register more than one person, you must create a new account using different email addresses for each attendee.
3	Payment Check the total amount and click “pay now” to choose the payment method through the Stripe Payment Gateway.
4	Registration Complete Confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail within 3 weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment. Registrations with an outstanding balance will not be honored until receipt of the full payment.

Industry & Group Registration

Please contact registration@isad.org with all required information:

list of attendees (given name, middle name, family name, email, phone, city, country, position, workplace, job)
full details of the business to be invoiced (name, address, reg. number in the country)

Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy

MODIFICATION

To request a change in attendance type, please contact registration@isad.org.
Registration status changes or requests for member discounts will be accepted until Oct. 2026. Upon receipt of information about registration status changes or requests for member discounts, we will initiate the refund process for the difference in registration fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. Please note that card payment fees and remittance fees will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION

To cancel their registration, participants must submit a written request via email to the Global Office.
Please note that cancellations made over the telephone will not be accepted.
If a participant resigns from the Congress before 14 days to the event, the organizer will charge a handling fee of 20%, which the organizer is entitled to deduct from the funds paid by the participant.
If a participant resigns from the Congress after 14 days to the event, the organizer will not provide a refund for any fees paid.
