Arrival & Check-In
- Location: Hotel Main Lobby (Ground Level)
- What to do: Upon entering the hotel, head directly to the main lobby area. This is where you will find the ISAD Registration Desk to check in with your passport (or domestic id card), get your badge, and pick up your symposium materials.
Symposium & Workshops
Once checked in, all scientific sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops are located on the two levels directly beneath the lobby:
| The Auditorium Floor (-1) | Hosting the main plenary / break sessions, the exhibition, and networking areas. |
| The Arcade Floor (-2) | Hosting dedicated workshop rooms. |
Clear directional signage and ISAD staff will be available at the lobby stairs and elevators to guide you to your sessions.
