Quick Start (2-Step Review Process)
Step 1: Access Your Review Dashboard
- Click your personalized One-Time Sign-In Link sent in your invitation email (no password required).
Search for the email named “Action Needed by Aug 20 For Abstract Reviews” sent by beijing2026@isad.org - Alternatively, log in to the ISAD Platform using your registered email and open the review module on platform.isad.org
- If the systems ask you to complete your profile, please do so accordingly, then:
- click on the red hammer on top of the page,
- click events > Beijing 2026 > Call for Abstract,
- click the green button “To Review” to display only the abstracts that you are asking to review (they are listed in green, by references, i.e.: abstract #2022 in the screenshot below).

Step 2: Evaluate Assigned Abstracts
For each assigned abstract, read the submission thoroughly:
Important Review Policies
All submitted abstracts are confidential prior to official publication. Do not share, cite, or use unpublished abstract content for any purpose outside the review process.
Please recuse yourself from reviewing an abstract if:
- You are a co-author or contributor.
- You belong to the same institution/department as the primary authors.
- You have a direct financial or commercial conflict of interest.
➜ Click the button to opt-out and abstain to vote; this will be also checked by AI before the announcement of the results and can lead to the exclusion of the paper from oral presentation.
- If you want to send a message to the submitter, please use the form at the bottom of the page.
To begin, please click the green button “➜ Start voting”, then:
- Confirm that the selected topic is appropriate, for the “other” category, suggest the best topic for the presentation
- The submitter has requested a specific format, please give your thoughts and if this needs to be changed to another format, or if the submission needs to be cancelled (reject the abstract):
- High impact, ground-braking research: suggest Oral presentation in plenary session,
- Valuable data best suited for interactive presentation: suggest Oral booth session,
- A presentation on display is the lowest level.
- Reject – Recommend rejection if the submission is:
- Methodologically flawed or lacking sufficient data,
- Off-topic / irrelevant to Atopic Dermatitis,
- Low-value or purely AI-generated text that lacks authentic research, genuine insights, or novel contribution.Methodologically flawed, off-topic, or insufficient data presented.
Give a note from 1 (poor) to 5 stars (excellent), including these criterias:
- Scientific Quality & Rigor
- Originality & Innovation
- Relevance to ISAD Community
- Clarity & Presentation
Finally, click the button “Click once to vote” to vote, then click on “all abstracts” below to return to the list to review
