All about your participation

You have accepted our invitation to speak at or chair a session during the upcoming Georg Rajka International Symposium on Atopic Dermatitis. You were personally selected in light of your international reputation, experience, and leadership in atopic dermatitis research.

Please complete the 3 steps below and confirm your acceptance by emailing acceptance@isad.org (Attn: Laurent).

1. Registration

GOOD NEWS:
You are automatically registered for the symposium free of charge.
Please do not register through the regular portal.

2. Accommodation

Complimentary accommodation at the China World Hotel is provided to all invited participants (chairs, speakers, and international travel grant recipients) for the RAJKA Beijing 2026 events:

  • From October 16-19, 2026
  • Participants attending the WHO Day are covered starting October 15.
  • If you wish to extend your stay, arrangements can be made. If you receive a travel stipend, it may be used to cover the cost of your extension.

What you need to do:

Email the following details as soon as possible to accommodation@isad.org (Attn: Laurent):

  • Titles / Given Name / FAMILY NAME as shown on your passport
    > (Optional) Your full name written in your native script (if non-Roman)
  • City & Country of Residence (and workplace, if different)
  • Phone Number (including international country code)

  • Passport Number (required to collect your badge at check-in)
  • Copy of your Visa by September 21, 2026 (or inform us if you are visa-exempt)

  • Arrival Date & Time (including flight number)
  • Departure Date & Time (including flight number)

  • WHO Day Dinner (Oct 16, for participants of the WHO Day only): Will you attend? (Yes / Yes +1 / No)
  • Welcome Reception (Oct 17): Will you attend? (Yes / Yes +1 / No)
  • Rajka Ceremony (Oct 18): Will you attend? (Yes / Yes +1 / No)

    Please also indicate the names / email / passport number of your +1 if any.

  • Preferred bedding (flexible, king bed, twin beds)
  • Dietary requirements (if any)

  • Short Biography: Please provide a brief bio (up to 20 lines) for the digital program.

3. Reimbursement and Travel Stipend

Please review your original email invitation to see whether travel reimbursement or a stipend is included in your offer.
