How to confirm my participation?
You have accepted to speak or to chair a session at the next Georg Rajka International Symposium on Atopic Dermatitis. You have been personally invited, in light of your international reputation, experience, and leadership in research on atopic dermatitis.
Please follow the 3 steps below to complete your acceptance by email to acceptance@isad.org (Laurent).
1. Create your ISAD account on our platform:
If you are not already registered:
- Please visit platform.isad.org and create your account.
2. Process your acceptance:
GOOD NEWS:
You are automatically registered to the Symposium for free!
Do not register on the portal.
- Titles / Given Name / FAMILY NAME
> and eventually your full name in your own language (if you don’t use roman letters) - City and Country
- Phone number with international prefix
- Will you attend the Welcome Reception? yes / no
- Will you attend the President’s dinner? yes / no
- Please indicate if you will bring a guest to the dinner
- Finally, please provide a short bio for the printed program (up to 20 lines)
3. If you benefit
From a reimbursement / accommodation / travel expenses coverage:
All invited participants and travel grant benefactors must submit proof of a valid visa by September 15, 2026, otherwise their invitation or coverage will be cancelled.
- Date and time of arrival (for hotel and airport transportation) and flight number
- Date and time of departure and flight number
- Passport number
- VISA at least 5 weeks before the meeting if required
- Please check reimbursement.isad.org and return all information
