The International Society of Atopic Dermatitis (ISAD) welcomes corporate sponsors, academic institutions, and medical delegations to the Rajka Symposium in Beijing. We offer streamlined group registration packages designed to accommodate delegations of various sizes, ensuring seamless access to all scientific sessions, exhibition areas, and networking events.
To facilitate international accounting and administrative processes for our global partners, ISAD acts as the fulfilling vendor and reseller of group ticket allocations officially sourced from CARM, the local organizing host in Beijing.

How to register?

- Contact us at registration+group@isad.org and provide this information:
- Group name
- Company name
- Person in charge
- Full address
- Reg. number in the country
- A Stripe invoice with a payment link will be sent to you to validate the registration
Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Groups & Industry
Sourcing and Transactional Framework
Please note that all group and industry registration tickets are distributed and resold by ISAD from the official primary inventory allocated by CARM (the local host entity). All invoices, receipts, and payment processing for international group registrations are handled directly by ISAD under this resale framework.
Group Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the advanced local logistics, venue capacity management, and fixed ticket allocations managed in coordination with CARM, all group and industry registrations are subject to strict refund conditions:
- Cancellations requested before September 1, 2026 days before event:
Eligible for a 70% refund, minus a €50 administrative processing fee per ticket. - Cancellations requested after September 1, 2026:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, unused tickets, or “no-shows” within the delegation.
Refunds can only be processed back to the original credit card or bank account used by the group coordinator during the ISAD purchase.
Name Changes and Substitutions (Modifications)
To provide flexibility for your delegation, ISAD permits name changes and participant substitutions within your group allotment at no additional charge, provided the following conditions are met:
- Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the designated Group Coordinator to registration+group@isad.org.
- All final participant details (Name, Institution, Email, Dietary/Access requirements) must be finalized and submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
- No modifications or badge re-assignments can be processed on-site once the event has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
As the reseller of these group allocations, ISAD’s financial liability to any group or industry partner is strictly limited to the total registration fees paid to ISAD. Because the physical execution of the symposium is tied to local operational regulations and constraints managed by CARM, ISAD cannot be held liable for any indirect costs, travel disruptions, or external logistical issues encountered by participants.
