It is an opportunity for a branded web page on our virtual portal accessible to all attendees – virtual and in-person, using a connected Internet browser.

The sponsorship level dictates the dimensions of the portal’s entrances, mirroring the physical booths.

General Technical details
Your “Virtual booth” is a responsive webpage, 1200px wide max, with breaking points at 576px for mobile and 992px for tablets. Please keep in mind that most participants will visit the page while on data roaming, so please lower the weight of the resources.

It includes the following functionalities and you are required to provide contents only, no code.
Basic & Static Content (mandatory)
- Company Logo & Banner
A visually prominent logo and a banner that aligns with your brand identity.
Logo in svg format, picture in 2:1 format JPEG or PNG - Company Description
A brief, compelling text about what they do, their mission, and their target audience.
1600 chars max. - Links to Social Media & Website
Direct links to your corporate website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc., making it easy for participants to connect. - Contact Information
A dedicated email address or a contact form for direct inquiries.
Optional: a WhatsApp number
Rich Media & Dynamic Content (optional)
- Promotional Video:
A short, high-quality video (e.g., 30-60 seconds) that introduces the company.
MP4 format, 1080p@30 - Product Demos/Tutorials:
A short, high-quality video (e.g., 30-60 seconds) that showcases your product (directly related to AD), or shares a testimonial.
MP4 format, 1080p@30 - PDFs & Downloadable Content:
Offer valuable resources like white papers, case studies, product brochures, or e-books that participants can download. This is a great way to generate leads. - Podcast Episodes
If you have a podcast, we can feature a relevant episode. - Interactive Polls/Quizzes:
A link to a simple poll or quiz related to your industry or product can increase engagement.

We will provide the number of visitors on request: how many people have viewed the page, clicked on links, or downloaded contents. - Lead Capture Forms (optional)
