Exhibition & Booth

Onsite: Mayfair Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne

Limited exhibit space available at the conference venue (size related to the selected package).

Management

Please refer to the briefing notes provided by the hotel which should answer most questions (ceiling heights, banner hanging/rigging, Food and Beverage, Bump in/bump out).

Once your contract is signed, please contact our PCO NC Events (Natacha) for any questions, and Creative Hire to build your booth.

Virtual booth

It is an opportunity for a branded web page on our virtual platform accessible to all attendees – virtual and in-person. Accepted contents are: banner header, text description, promotional video, brochure uploads, lead retrieval, networking via chat and video.

Presentation

Slot in Plenary session “What’s new from”

5 or 15 minutes slot for eligible sponsors (possibly extended in some special cases), check the program for time on Oct 25th.

  • Title, presenter with locations and abstract (1600 characters max) must be sent to Laurent (ISAD) before Sept 1st to be included in the ActaDV publication
  • Presentation following the guidelines to be sent by Oct. 10, (18th hard deadline) to the same email address.

Promotional Newsletter opportunity

Company promotion opportunity to be circulated by the ISAD Society in a general newsletter (e-blast) to all attendees or its newsletter 2900+ subscribers for eligible sponsors, the day before the meeting.

Contents to be provided by the sponsors must be sent by Oct. 10 the latest to Laurent (ISAD):

Gamification**

To encourage attendee interaction in the virtual and in-person exhibit areas, sponsors may provide a question and answer to the organizer. Attendees gain points by visiting booths, attending sessions and completing evaluations.

Attendee List

The list of attendees (that have agreed to it) is transmitted to the eligible sponsors by the end of the meeting (spreadsheet format).
