Rajka 2025 Melbourne is a hybrid meeting!

We are offering simultaneous in-person and online participation via Zoom – please select the registration option based on your participation.

  • In-person participants will also receive access to the virtual platform, but online participants will not have access to any of the activities in-person (33% discount applies in that case).
  • In-person participants have the option to attend the entire three-day meeting or select individual days (25% discount applies for 1 or 2 days attendance)
  • All presentations from the main session will be presented live with Q&A available to both in-person and virtual participants via Zoom, but posters presentations will only be available to in-person attendees.
  • Participants can attend the pre meeting session free of charge, but must register through the same registration form as the main meeting.

In-person registration is highly recommended and will only be available until October 12th, 2025. Registration will be accepted on site in Melbourne (very limited).

  • Participation in the dinner is optional: it is not included in the price of the conference but is payable in addition at the time of registration.
  • The price includes Australian VAT tax.

Select your type of attendance: in-person vs online, currency and status ; do not forget to register to the pre meeting too.

To be eligible for special rates, one must submit a document of proof of status (student ID, letter of proof, etc.) by e-mail to the Global Office (support@isad.org).
2Select your options
After selecting your options, fill the form with your personal data and choices.
All attendees are required to create an account to register with the local system.
Registrations are individual: should you wish to register more than one person, you must create a new account using different email addresses for each attendee.
3Payment
Check the total amount and click “register now” to choose the payment method.
4Registration Complete
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail within 3 weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment. Registrations with an outstanding balance will not be honored until receipt of the full payment.

Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy

MODIFICATION
  • To request a change in attendance type, please contact us.
  • Registration status changes or requests for member discounts will be accepted until Oct. 2025. Upon receipt of information about registration status changes or requests for member discounts, we will initiate the refund process for the difference in registration fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. Please note that card payment fees and remittance fees will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
  • To cancel their registration, participants must submit a written request via email to the Global Office.
  • Please note that cancellations made over the telephone will not be accepted.
  • If a participant resigns from the Congress before 14 days to the event, the organizer will charge a handling fee of 20%, which the organizer is entitled to deduct from the funds paid by the participant.
  • If a participant resigns from the Congress after 14 days to the event, the organizer will not provide a refund for any fees paid.
