In-Person Participation

We highly recommend in-person attendance! This option is available only until October 12th, 2025. On-site registration in Melbourne will be extremely limited.

  • Admission to all scientific sessions (plenary and poster).
  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Complimentary attendance to patient-centered sessions (morning of Oct. 24) – registration required via the main form.
  • Option to attend the full three-day meeting or select two days (25% discount applies for two-day attendance).
  • Refreshments, snacks, and lunches.
  • Certificate of attendance.
  • All benefits of the Online package (see below).

Online via Zoom / Virtual Participation

  • Access to the virtual platform.
  • Admission to plenary scientific sessions and patient-centered sessions only (poster sessions are not included).
  • Certificate of attendance (validated by connection tracking).

Recordings

Access to meeting recordings is still being determined. If available, all registrants will receive access to the broadcast.

How to register?

Select your type of attendance:

➜ do not forget to register to the patient-centered sessions too (free).

To be eligible for special rates, one must submit a document of proof of status (student ID, letter of proof, etc.) by e-mail to the Global Office (registration@isad.org).
2Select your options
After selecting your options, fill the form with your personal data and choices.
All attendees are required to create an account to register with the shop system.
Registrations are individual: should you wish to register more than one person, you must create a new account using different email addresses for each attendee.
3Payment
Check the total amount and click “pay now” to choose the payment method through the Stripe Payment Gateway.
4Registration Complete
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail within 3 weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment. Registrations with an outstanding balance will not be honored until receipt of the full payment.

Industry & Group Registration

Please contact registration@isad.org with all required information:

  • list of attendees (name, email, phone, city, country, position, workplace, job)
  • full details of the business to be invoiced (name, address, reg. number in the country)

Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy

MODIFICATION
  • To request a change in attendance type, please contact us.
  • Registration status changes or requests for member discounts will be accepted until Oct. 2025. Upon receipt of information about registration status changes or requests for member discounts, we will initiate the refund process for the difference in registration fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. Please note that card payment fees and remittance fees will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
  • To cancel their registration, participants must submit a written request via email to the Global Office.
  • Please note that cancellations made over the telephone will not be accepted.
  • If a participant resigns from the Congress before 14 days to the event, the organizer will charge a handling fee of 20%, which the organizer is entitled to deduct from the funds paid by the participant.
  • If a participant resigns from the Congress after 14 days to the event, the organizer will not provide a refund for any fees paid.
