From a reimbursement / accommodation / travel expenses coverage:
All invited participants and travel grant recipients must submit proof of a valid visa by September 15, 2026, otherwise their invitation or coverage will be cancelled.
- Date and time of arrival (for hotel and airport transportation) and flight number
- Date and time of departure and flight number
- Passport number
- VISA at least 5 weeks before the meeting if required
