Abstracts for oral and poster presentations will represent the core of the scientific program at ISAD 2022. Abstracts pertaining to human atopic dermatitis and related fields including animal models are appropriate.

Correspondence

All correspondence are now directed to the designated presenting author only, unless otherwise requested.

Condition of acceptance

A condition of acceptance is that the presenting author must register for the conference (in-person or virtually). Confirmation of registration must be received by Monday, July 31, 2022 in order for the abstract to advance to the Final Program.

Presenting authors not registered by Monday, July 31, 2022 will forfeit both their invitation to present and have her/his abstract included in the conference platform. Changing presenters to another author is allowed prior to this date. Changes of presenting authors must be made in writing to ISAD-program@simplyeventful.com.

Oral presentations will be presented live, in real time. As this will be a hybrid conference (virtual and in-person), accepted oral presenters will have the choice to present her/his oral presentation in-person in Montréal or virtually via your laptop/PC. Virtual presenters must have access to a computer with camera and audio and a strong Wi-Fi or wired internet connection. The time zone of all presentations will be Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), (visit the time converter).

Oral presenters must confirm if s/he will attend in-person or virtually by August 31, 2022.

Timeline, poster file upload for selected abstracts

Oral presentations will take place live in Montréal, Québec during scheduled sessions based on Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Posters will be available online via the virtual conference platform.

Poster file upload guidelines will be sent by Monday, July 25, 2022. The online poster file submission site will open on Monday, August 1, 2022, and close Monday, September 26, 2022. Late submissions or changes after closing date will not be accepted.
