Gdańsk 2023 is a hybrid meeting!
We are offering simultaneous in-person and online (virtual via PheedLoop platform) participation – please select the registration type based on your participation. In-person participants will also receive access to the virtual platform, but online participants will not have access to any of the activities in-person.
All presentations will be presented live with Q&A available to both in-person and virtual participants, via the conference platform.
In-person registration is highly recommended and will only be available until August 22nd, 2023.
Registration will be accepted on site in Gdańsk (very limited).

- Participation in the dinner is optional: it is not included in the price of the conference but is payable in addition at the time of registration.

Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy
MODIFICATION
- To request a change in attendance type, please contact the Polish Secretary Office: isad2023@medicaexpert.pl
- Registration status changes or requests for member discounts will be accepted until 31st of July 2023. Upon receipt of information about registration status changes or requests for member discounts, the Polish Secretary Office MedicaExpert Conference will initiate the refund process for the difference in registration fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. Please note that card payment fees and remittance fees will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
- To cancel their registration, participants must submit a written request via email to the Polish Secretary Office: isad2023@medicaexpert.pl.
- Please note that cancellations made over the telephone will not be accepted.
- If a participant resigns from the Congress before 14 days to the event, the organizer will charge a handling fee of 20%, which the organizer is entitled to deduct from the funds paid by the participant.
- If a participant resigns from the Congress after 14 days to the event, the organizer will not provide a refund for any fees paid.
